National Service Scheme (NSS) is a central sector project of the Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. It offers student youth from 11th and 12th grade schools at the board level 2 and undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in technical institutes, colleges, and university level student youth in India to participate in various government-led community service activities and programs.
